WHAT ARE THE FEATURES OF THE CTY-100 CONCRETE LINE PUMP?

This concrete line pump is a 9,000 lb. pump that measures 27’ 11” x 8’ 5” x 6’ 8”. Its hopper can hold 14.1 cubic feet of material. It features a 45-gallon hydraulic tank, a 150-gallon water tank and a 22-gallon fuel tank. The rod side output is 103 cubic yards per hour while the piston side output is 70 cubic yards per hour. Rod side pressure is 1,015 PSI, while piston side pressure is 1,508 PSI. Maximum strokes per minute are 34 on the rod side and 23 on the piston side. It has an 8” cylinder diameter and 47” material cylinder stroke length. It has a 5” outlet and zero to full volume control.

The CTY-100 is mounted on a Ford F550 chassis with 4×4 and 4×2 options available with a 6.7-liter Powerstroke engine that delivers 450 horsepower and 935 ft/lbs. of torque.
