Very few hours on a complete refurb by Schwing…the following was done:
Boom inspected
New twin wall pipeline
New wear parts
New rams
Rebuilt the pump kit & resealed the differentials
Flow tested the pumps
Replaced the hydraulic oil & filters
Added a water tank heater
Tested and set to manufacturers specifications
Mack installed a Reman motor and transmission
Complete DOT with new tires
Painted the entire unit
