Each pump is equipped with a mechanical stroke counter to calculate the amount of grout being pumped per stroke. Chrome plated reversible material cylinders and oil cooler are standard equipment. Our mechanical cycle system eliminates any electrical problems. An optional lifting bale for loading and unloading purposes is also available.
DETAILS: Our grout pumps are specifically designed for the auger cast pile contractor. These heavy duty pumps are built for auger cast applications and high volume grouting jobs. BALL VALVE ASSEMBLY: The Reinert Y-Assembly hinges away for additional clean-up and discharge ball inspection. In addition, the hopper hinges away for inlet ball inspection and maintenance. The piston cups are accessible from the hinged valve assembly for easy replacement. Our pumps are just simpler and more economical to operate.
